Frequently Asked Questions

Am I going to get wet?
Yes! Visiting Niagara Falls is a multi-sensory experience. You will receive souvenir ponchos at included attractions so you can enjoy an up-close experience at Niagara Falls. We recommend that you bring an extra pair of shoes, and a waterproof bag to keep your belongings dry.
What should I wear?
Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended. It is always a few degrees cooler near the water, so packing a jacket or sweater is also a good idea.
How long do we spend at each stop?
For our main stops, we can spend up to 2.5 hours at the Maid of the Mist (including the 20 minute boat cruise) and about 1.5 hours at Cave of the Winds. Your time at each highlight and attraction can vary depending upon the time of year.
Is there a lot of walking involved?
Yes, you will cover approximately 1 - 2 miles over the course of the tour. The walking is broken up throughout the tour, and there are benches available throughout the state park to rest and admire the views.
I have already purchased my Attraction tickets. Can I get a discount on a tour?
Yes!  You can still take our tour and we'll discount the cost of the applicable admissions. Please call our office to book.
