Concierge / Guest Services

As a Concierge / Guest Services Representative, you will part of our the team welcoming visitors to Niagara Falls and helping to create remarkable experiences. Your main focus will be to book experiences through phone and email while acting as a local expert for guests visiting our city.

Your Work Will Include

Selling experiences and making reservations for hotel or visitor center guests
Communicating with the team and supervisors
Accurately performing in-person sales transactions using our booking system
Providing exceptional guest service at all times
Professionally resolve guest questions and feedback

What We Like About You

You love Niagara Falls
You have at least 1 year customer service experience
You have great verbal communication skills (maybe in a few different languages!)
You are able to work under pressure and are well organized
You are a quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments
You enjoy working with computers and learning new programs
You are quick on your feet and able to analyze and solve problems quickly
You have a flexible schedule and are available to work weekends and holidays (shifts between 7am – 9pm)
