Administrative Office Assistant – Operations Department

Gray Line Niagara Falls Buffalo is a fast-based, team-oriented sightseeing tour and transportation company, looking to fill multiple seasonal full time and part time positions in the operations department

 

YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE :

  • Facilitate efficient operations through coordinating vehicle schedules alongside the Dispatch Supervisor & Operations Managers.
  • Computer data entry as required across all operational platforms
  • Communicate to drivers & tour guides regarding their schedule, equipment assignments, and customer needs
  • Monitor sightseeing tour inventory and coordinate any changes with Ops team as needed
  • Serve as communication link between the reservations team and operational staff
  • Prepare job information packets for drivers & step-on guides
  • Review job reports for completion and file accordingly
  • Troubleshoot issues which may arise due to driver and/or equipment changes, customer needs, and other planned & unplanned events
  • Perform other duties as assigned
