Is Niagara Falls located in 2 different countries?

United States and Canadian citizens ages 16 and older must present one of the following travel documents at the border:

Bookings Cancelled prior to 24 hours before the tour starts will be fully refunded. After that time, all bookings will be considered non-refundable. Guests that no-show, miss departure, or have unused services, will be non-refundable.

If you are bringing a stroller, it cannot be any larger than a collapsible umbrella stroller. Full size strollers and joggers are not allowed onboard.

Gray Line Niagara/Buffalo tours depart from multiple pickup points on both sides of the Canadian and US border. All spots are within walking or driving distance from most hotels. We will provide specific directions for your departure point upon booking. Please refer to our pick-up locations here.

No. Pickups are only offered in the downtown Niagara Falls, NY area. You can access complimentary parking at the Niagara Falls Fashion Outlets located at 1900 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, 14304. For our Cataract Regions Highlights Tour, we only pick up at the One Niagara Welcome Center located at 360 Rainbow Boulevard, Niagara Falls, NY.

No. We do not offer bus transportation to or from New York City.
No, we do not offer tour pickups in Toronto. There are several other tour companies located within Toronto that provide direct tours to Niagara Falls.
Yes. There are many opportunities for taking photos and video while on the tours. We encourage you to bring your camera and/or camcorder along to capture the action.
The price of your tour includes all attraction and parking fees. You may want to bring some spending money or a credit card with you as you will be given the opportunity to purchase snacks or souvenirs. Tipping your tour guide is at your discretion.
No, meals are not provided. Breaks will be given throughout the tour in order for guests to purchase something to eat on their own.
