Yes. Maid of the Mist operates from April to November. In the off-season, we substitute with another experience.

Tickets are reserved in advance, but if you advise your guide, they will do their best to accommodate last-minute changes.

Unfortunately, due to stairs and uneven pathways, this tour is not wheelchair accessible.

Absolutely. After your guide introduces the final stop, you're welcome to continue exploring using the trolley ticket.

The guided portion includes about 25 minutes of walking at a relaxed pace, with several stops for photos and stories. Most guests find it very manageable, even with children or older travelers.

The tour includes admission to one attraction, but you're welcome to purchase an additional ticket on-site if you'd like to experience both.

A complimentary poncho is provided, but you may want to bring a waterproof phone case or camera cover for extra protection. Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are also recommended.
